The Inman Aligner Explained
The Inman Aligner has a 7yr track record and is used by some of the best orthodontists in America. The Inman Aligner works by applying gentle pressure upon the affected teeth – gently moving them to a more ideal and desirable position. Once this is achieved the new position is then held by a removable or possibly fixed retainer.

Does It Hurt?
While the Inman Aligner does not ‘hurt’ as such this treatment is no different to any other orthodontic appliance; in that it can take a little getting used to at first. You may find your speech is affected; swallowing can be a little more difficult and you may well notice that you are salivating more than usual – all these affects will improve as you become more accustomed to the apparatus. After the initial couple of weeks it is normal for the teeth to feel loose.
How Long Will Treatment Take?
Front teeth alignment is quick! Treatment will usually take anywhere from 6 – 16 weeks to complete. It is essential to wear the Inman Aligner every day for no more than 20hrs – less and the results may be slower. Although it is okay to remove the Inman Aligner for a social occasion it will not work if it is not worn on a daily basis.
